Urology focuses on surgical process, the treatment of the diseases of male and female urinary system and male reproductive organs. Organs under the scope of urology are kidney, adrenal glands, uterus, urinary bladder, urethra and male reproductive organs. It also has non surgical scope such as urinary tract infection and benign prostatic hyperplasia along with the management of surgical conditions like prostate cancer, kidney stone, congenital abnormalities and stress incontinence. Urology techniques include Minimally Invasive Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery, laser assisted surgery and scope guided procedures.
